I have worked more than 3 years. 1. If you are fresher, it’s very good exposure for you. 2. Manager and HR very friendly. 3. Proper hike as per your performance.

Dislikes

No one is perfect. I have some suggestions: 1. Proper Work plaining (sprint planning) 2. Use Gerrit/Git/ bitbucket on daily basis (for developers) 3. Gender equality 4. Fun-Friday session on every Friday for 1-2h (Games, open discussion, B’day anniversary celebration) 5. Traning session for fresher (Ankit Singh and Abhinandan can lead it)

until you follow company norms and do your work properly as provided by the company as per deadline your job is not going anywhere, management is very supportive, seniors also help in solving problem and improving skills, overall i have a better experience until now and i think this is good company to work with to and improve your skills to go any furthur
