The exposure one has with leaders, you get to understand their mindset, figure out how the big decisions get taken. It increases the business knowledge. Also since it's a startup, things are constantly moving which leads to tremendous learning because what worked in the past might not work now at a bigger scale. It constantly forces the mind on innovation

The work culture, my students,the organised sytem of working, reporting & escalation, smooth conduction of operations and opportunity for growth makes it a workplace of choice.

Dislikes

The working from home can be an option for a Medical facilitator & SME who can take assessments or classes online. Working hours can be a bit more flexible in terms of proper work life balance.

Work culture is great and they respect the work-life balance. People are supportive and you get to learn a lot if you are enthusiastic. The work ethics are impressive, but they know how to have fun too.

Policies can be more employee-centric and they kind of people you meet and have work with can differ as the teams differ and those can be not so good.

Medicore growth in Pay Don't like when my others don't t respect my time (not being harsh here,but you are invited to meetings where you are not required, some work in which you invest so much time because your manager has asked for it but later you feel the impact of it didn't justify the amount you spent)

Scope to learn and grow, freedom to pick any tech stack. Fast paced environment, learning from peers is encouraged, no hierarchy enforced.

Dislikes

Blindsided in appraisals, experience may differ with team you are in. Indefinite onboarding time, they delayed it at first, then preponed it. Caused a lot of anguish to people who actually wanted to start earning.

As it's a start-up on it's growing stage, you're expected to give the best output based on your potential, for the people who love to work on their own phase, this can be a challenge. Also, the employee growth projectory can be more concrete.

Amazing work and learning environment. Very supportive colleagues who got out of their way to help for small or big deliverables. Excellent organization to grow rapidly with a lot of autonomy and emphasis on out of the box approach. Flat hierarchy and a top down approach of complete transparency of information.
