Nothing to like here environment is very bad too much internal politics also their positions are vacant every month

With Virohan Healthcare very bad experience even they can’t provide salaries to their employees don’t join ever this organisation all staff is very bad also they don’t know how to talk and how to work with the team will give to this least zero rating .

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
