Culture:- My company has Nice work culture and allows employees to work freely , also there is good support from seniors and employees motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies:- Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees.

Regular visit to all departments checking the status of all critical equipments . Attend the breakdown calls and satisfy user needs on time. Regular participation with senior Senior engineers in equipment installation , application training.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
