Don't go Viral Industry.. Overall company is good, management is also helpful.

Dislikes

Senior harrassing people without any reason. He understand himself management and without any reason he threaten people to stop his salary and expel from company. He wants machine for his company not human being from his he can take out work of 8.5 hours out of 9 hours. He forced employees to seat after office hours although we havenot any kind of work and he comes office late daily 3-4 hours and stays late. Very rude behaviour of his and abuse you for no reason....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
