Well if you work for L&t everyone knows you. Please respect you because you work for a very large organization which has a huge pressure and name in India. Also it pays well and provides good facilities.

Dislikes

Long working hours and Sunday also working sometimes. Staff do politics with each other. At site level everything under control of Project manager everyone try to impress him. Transfer from one project to other also shake the life of individual. You have to change school of kids and shifting your house hold material. Total harassment after every project.

Poor management company, bosses are like use and throw they don't have any power to control site but still they force sub ordinates to forcefully to do the work without any timeline, there is no job security they may remove you at any point of time without giving any time
