Terrible policy and terrible management. Nobody cares what good work you are doing. No appreciation.Abusive management. They will select you as per the profile mentioned in advertisement but once you join they will give you another profile to work under.No systematic work culture as everything is done on unorganised way and still you will be held responsible if any work not done. If you decide to leave this organisation still you will be harrased by the management and your boss as they will not accept your resignation and will force you to complete your notice period without any fail. I have started working here in January. After some times I started working from my own place as the lockdown was started in India. The place where I am living has a lot of network problem. Often while doing the office work, I used to be unavailable on phone in the starting. and the only reason for this was that there were genuine network problems. I conveyed the same to the management.
