I am at good position in this company. I am being given a great salary package as well as hikes in the salary. In the corona virus lock down too, my salary did not get affected. Even the increment was not delayed during this time. The organization did not shutdown its operations when a large number of companies were not operating atall. Viraj Profiles Limited has been organizing sanitization drills on a timely basis and in a strict manner. Every area of the workplace has been sincerely sanitized for employee safety. Dislikes

There is no big disadvantages or something to dislike as such. The training sessions are conducted regularly. I will only like to suggest that the training sessions should be encouraged more often. They are very helpful for all.
