The teammates who are worked with me in vip they are very cooperative,and well knowledgeable with their attitude and experience. the second think is training .i just feel like a professional even though i worked as a promoter . for me if they are providing this type of training can't imagine the training which they are giving to themanagers and all.third is job security . i can't tell about that because it depends on our performance but any way i can assure that you will not be suspended or dismissed by vip other than if its not your mistake .then salary growth i can assure that no company will provide such a good salary and appraisal and incentives (100% guarantee) ,regarding travel you can take the best luxury. wherever you are going company purpose you can claim the amount through bill .i didn't experience it due to my designation as inside sales promoter but i have seen my team leaders and managers are claiming their money through bills...Read More

Job situation was so bad as sallary was cut offf even we m not able to pay my bus fares if i ask for my previous ikya pf company sernior staff started blocking me from every where till now even i leave my job they are not giving my ikya pf and last vip company pf.
