Work culture and environment of office was good support of management and transparency did my work very effective company policies and salary were good for me.

So me time there was politics on management level career growth was slow some time lot of work I had to done but bonus was not according to work load.

Vip is a international brand and I was happy to connect with a large format. Working atmoshphare was very good as well as senior management also very supportive.

Dislikes

I were working there on a third party roll that's why I left from there. Otherwise every thing was good.

I started working in Delhi. I must say the management is far better. But when i took a transfer to kolkata trust me guys management in Kolkata zone of vip industries limited is horrible. Commercial head is involved in stealing so as the branch manager. More over over all commercial team, n branch manager having property which ismerely impossible by the Salary. Even knowing every thing you cant say anything above all the way they control store expenses in kolkata you will feel like a Begger. Store manager doesnt have any authority .
