The brand has legacy which helps in visibility across different channels. From the outside, it’s one of the best luggage brands to work with.

The work culture is terrible specially if you are in marketing. Work isn’t defined and thus it never ends. Other department are pretty much like government organisations but marketing is expected to be available always even to queries from sales representatives from extreme corners of the country over weekends too. The myopic perspective of brands and lack of strategy is killing the best brands. BMs hardly have any say even in deciding the brand archetypes or best marketing channel strategy or worst, proposition for ads.
