Vip is a good company. No doubt in it , but sales in general trade is quite mass selling and purely an individual sales which depends on individual efforts and fate. To appoint dealer network and work on only numbers

Dislikes

Team mates and training is ok. Job security and career growth depends on numbers. Work life balance is little effecting since most of the people work in sales faces the same issue
