Vinod Kothari is inhuman. There is absolutely no work life balance in the organisation and every decision is taken as per his mood which is mostly ominous. Although there is lot to learn in the organisation for Company Secretaries but one should only work here if he/she can sacrifice every other thing except work. You need to work even on Sundays and even after that he may fire you at any point of time. Join responsibly....Read More

There is very good work exposure in our firm.There is also a very good team work.Remuneration is at par with present market rate.

I am getting excellent job satisfaction here.I mainly look after secretarial and legal audit.It has plenty of reputed clients both in public and private sectors.

Environment of this company was good..and all colleagues are very friendly...you can increase your knowledge about company laws from this company..for CS candidate it is a really good CS firm.

Dislikes

Salary payroll and timing is not good..at the deadline there was a hue pressure.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
