A lot of worship is done and Hinduism is supported a lot. But the office environment is so bad that you have to be ready for insulation at every step.

Dislikes

The director's behavior is so bad and useless, anger issue with director. Can't even select words properly, the director keeps insulting among 20 people.

All staff members of Vin group are very good and cooperative. Our Director Mr Bharat Sharma Sir is very down to earth personality. My reporting manager Ms. Sangeeta Sachdeva is such a nice person and very cooperative lady, she always guided me and under her guidance I learnt a lot of things which will be very useful in my career growth.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
