For me only to persons are supportive i.e. my AGM and project manager.

Dislikes

HR Department is very irresponsible.In VTL employee hiring persons give preferences to their relatives or references,offer them good salaries in respect of others who have good experiences and work knowledge.There is no value of talent and designation.Engineers works under supervisors.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
