I've been with Vinayak Ingredients for 2+ years . I began my journey as a Business Development Officer and have recently been promoted as an Assistant Manager- Sales. Over these years I have learnt a lot about creating and implementing strategies ,which has been a game changer for me. I got an opportunity to lead a team within twoyears , something I am grateful for because Management trust me . A few things that could be improved: Sometimes, the work load can get a bit intense, especially around major exhibitions or client deadlines. It would also be nice to have more structured training sessions for new joiners.

Learning experience is good. For freshers there is much available to learn. Get to work on multiple product segments. Open for trying out new methods for approaching work. Individual approach is welcomed. Good opportunities to attend exhibitions and meet new people in the industry to learn market trends.

Considering the company's growth phase, the key challenges currently revolve around maintaining consistency in following plans and ensuring their effective execution. Additionally, there is a lack of established method for a systematically collecting market data and efficiently translate it into actionable insights.
