I liked staff members there. They are very supportive. I learnt many things from there in my work, which is a good thing which I like most.

Dislikes

I disliked constant intervention of owner and his family members in our personal and professional life. And in my 11 years of experience in this company many times they purposely avoid increment of all staff with false reasons like they had not good business last year. And they do increment in after August or whenever they want, no fix time<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They expect us to do overtime very often and do not pay any extra money</mark>. No fixed holidays and no paid leaves, no insurance, no bonus. If you want to learn about networking, it's a good choice, but not for career. And please fix your designation and scope of work before joining, because they're used to change it as per their wishes....Read More
