Long Diwali Vacation of week time but that is without. Mediclaim present but without maternity benefit (benefit only for lady staff). Wow. Office at outside of city.

Office Politics is at Higher Level. Very less holidays. HR likes to eat leaves in sandwich. Very less trust on employee. Eye & Ear on every employee. Variable salary is a Trap in which we stuck and demoted in Financials than Previous Organisations. Promotion and good increments to loved ones.

1. Apperance of a Client firm but working style is like Contracting firm . 2. Disparity in treatment between departments (from individual appraisal to department priority). 3. Too much attrition. 4. Top management gives max priority and attention to upper management levels ( so called Pillars), as mid and lower management is considered to come and go.

Owners are extremely good. They have great vision. Salary is on time.

HR is pathetic. Non HR people running company. Performance evaluation is baseless. Some seniors will not let you work freely. They will not give honest reviews about you if you not praise them. Someone will take your credit and grow. And you only get frustrated. If you want increments and promotions, you must run behind senior.
