Likes

Overall it's a good platform for freehers to learn new things. Learning attitude is very important for me and proudly saying this that am had learnt so many things here. Teammates are supportive and hospital policies are good. Thanks to vikash multi speciality hospital.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Job training not given to new joinees. There is no respects for staff nurse.

Work Details

My job is very interesting in starting period. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
