Our Management is transparent and easily approachable. Always open to new ideas and never worried about the investment to implement that idea, if it is worthy. They never interfere in the work we do, but help us whenever asked for assistance. Appraisals are fair and recognise the work we do.

I never disliked our Organization. People may say there will be politics everywhere. But, whenever I had a problem, I used to behave professionally and conveyed my issues to my Superiors through Proper channel in a proper way. And the Management will take care of those issues promptly. And we have a proper Hierarchy.

VDC is famous for its Quality Assurance Department. And I have been learning a lot about it since the day I joined. I am a Pathologist and they encouraged me to start Immunofluorescence reporting, which is not available at our City, Vizag.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
