As it is a very big organisation Vijaya fail to solve the minor issues or complaints of the doctors instantly, Vijaya will take action only when doctors won’t allow their employees into the cabin.

Work policy: Roaming in the allotted area to visit and to maintain the relationship with existing doctors and to search the new doctors and converting them towards Vijaya
