Well my experience was good with the company but the work culture of the company is not good at all if you don't have playing politics skills. There manager's are like if you obey them then you are a good employee if you only focus on your work and work with dedication they somehow gonna dislike you because of some of boot lickers of them. Job security : If you have done any small mistake then they will terminate you immediately. No job security at all. Management is so bad . I wanted to change my designation from ' Customer service ' to ' sales executive ' and I talk to the Senior HR who was not much experienced though with Human resources and he even doesn't know how to handle an employee . I talk to him he assured me that he will change it when there would be a vacancy. I waited for 6 months and again when I asked him he said there is no vacancy yet . But within 6 months they hired more new freshers in their sales team and made me wait for no reason. I was fed with this behaviour of them and joined another company in sales. There is no good increment in salary package. They give same salary package to a 12th standard guy or the same salary to a graduate....Read More

I dislike there management team. There must be a portal where junior employees can drop their problems regarding works. Manager's in stores are not good they want you to be their own slave.
