I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good few years ago but not now no increments, no promotions and no appraisal's and salaries & PF very delayed from past three years... How much you done hardwork.,.management didn't find your talant and skills...no family insurance bcz i worked 11 Years with vijay nirman..

Salaries are very delay, PF delay, No week off, No family insurance cover No gratuity And no not any other facilities...
