I feel very happy to worked as a site engineer at Vijay Nirman Company Pvt Ltd.There is a good Sportiveness of colleagues & also give the tips to improve our skills.Iam telling my experience in Vijay Nirman Company for example In my site work we developed the Shear wall technology projects on that moment continuously 3 days Day & Night I serve my duty.on the 4 th day I can't go & also tell to my Project manager.After 5 th day he says this is beginning Surya like this duties more on in future so dont lazy at work day by day to prove yourselves as a site engineer & also Sitr Work Tasks also different he says & Scolds that on the 4th day I Put my Leave.After one month one fine day as usually I go to my site duty suddenly mrng session onwards I suffering from Heavy fever,Body Pains,Leg Pains,Cold,Hedache so I said my Colleague Engr & also my PM then my Project manager says the driver to Drop Surya from his house safely after recover your health get back soon said by my Project Manager.This is the example of Caring The Emoloyees in VNC.Once again I thanks to my PM,Colleague Enginneers,Supporting Staff of others in site & also Management....Read More
