Toxic work environment, you will not get support by any your leaders. Job is always on risk the the sales head of the company can take your job at any time and any moment they do not support. The salary is on time and Tv is on time but third class work environment

To much pressure, no job security, they are like mandate company will hire you and then put tones of work pressure cancel your weekly offs and will fire you by saying that you are not capable. Even after 9% conversation they will put you on pip by saying your performance is low. To much politics and favoritism.
