Vignet is one of the best product base company I have ever worked. Work life balance is good. Company is growing and internal products are doing good in terms revenue. Companies focus is on health care software solutions which will benefit in terms of learning niech skill technologies.

Regular communication between management and employees need to be improved.

Senior level employees run their own rules Manipulation and office politics plays a huge role in hampering employee growth Favouritism from higher management (directors, ceo) towards older employees Lack of trust in new joiners KRAs not clearly defined for employees CEO very ill mannered while talking to employees Regular threats from management regarding job security Lack of projects Very negative and slavery kind of atmosphere for a new joiner Lack of induction programs HR does not have any power No lunch facilities/pantry. Get your own food Very miserly from management. They don't even have a coffee facility to avoid milk expenditures Work from home is available to only senior level employees because they don't trust anyone else.
