Everyone deserves respect and i don't feel like to work in a place when you are fully dedicated and in returns you get blamed for fake propaganda and oh my god so many spy things. Please improve your work culture

The team is very helpful. The principal and the C. E. O does respect everyone in the school. Art has got a special place in the school which I was searching for.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
