Work timings are flexible. About 5-8 teaching hours a day. It is also work from home, so you will have free time. You'll get tons of exposure to different international boards. It is also challenging and intellectually demanding, as the conceptual understanding required is way more than what is required for CBSE. You'll need to understand the subject, as well as how to apply the knowledge in real life contexts. Some might find it to be a bit of a challenge, but I liked it a lot. I really like nothing here

Work-life balance is very poor. You have to be available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.; you may be given classes at any time in between. Most offices have 8 hours of work, and you can be free after the office, but here you only get 8 hours free. You may have to do other works also besides teaching. I also feel that they are good at puttingblame on teachers. If there is an internet issue on the student's or teacher's side, it is not the fault of anyone. But you may have to face loss of pay. There is no job security. You can't resign before the contract ends. If you resign before that, you have to pay a huge amount of money, but they can terminate you anytime. And in the latter case, you won't be given any supplementary payment. There are much better places to work. I don't recommend this company....Read More
