There is a good team work . There is good travelling and medical allowance. They give gift and bonus on special occasions and good working environment.

Dislikes

There is Increment issues from last two year due to corona pendmic. There is problem in accommodation and food and it is not big organisation so, career growth is slow.

I am having knowledge about foundations ,structure , and finishing and learning alot more about execution of steel nad other things properly. In any difficult condition whole the team working together.

Company atmosphere is not good for doing gob,no team work and such a worst company.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor and no growth. The work pressure to much high. Every times, I have to work 14 -20 hours in a day. Manager of this company is brain less ,heartless.
