VIPL is a fraudulent company. During the interview, they create a fairy tale scenario to trap you in a VIPL jail. They will tell you they have govt projects, that you will gain exposure to these projects, and that they will help you grow in your career. They claim to support each other at work and offer 20 days of leave.

However, after joining the company, the real game starts:- 1.The company has a political background and only deals with govt projects because of connections to well known politicians. 2.80% of VIPL's employees come through govt referrals. 3.Only a few employees are hardworking and genuine. 4.There are two types of employees at VIPL:-those who joins through influential referrals and those who clears the interview on their own. 5.The VP actually lacks knowledge about the operations 6.Different rules applies to different employees. 7.Referral employees receive all the respect and appreciation due to their connections. 8.Non-referral employees receive low treatment, even after completing their work. 9.The VP is arrogant towards his employees, treating them like slave. He expects them to work more n more. 10.Non-referral employees must bear his mood changes, there are no rules for referral employees. 11.Salaries are not paid on time. 12.They have a timesheet culture. 13.If you do not submit your daily report, money will be deducted from your salary. 14.They also deduct salary for late arrivals, if you forget to mark your attendance or exit, that day will be counted as a half day. 15.All Saturdays are working days. 16.Once again different rules apply, some employees don't show up on saturday's while the VP claims they are working from home. 17.The office environment is full of politics. 18.Employees typically stay for only 1-3 months. 19.
