Likes

I like the collaborative environment. I love that I have degree of control and freedom within my job. The organizational culture is the key to be inspired at work. Overall a very good company in terms of work relationships, gaining knowledge, challenging work, company policies, employee friendly attitude etc.

Dislikes

I dont dislike anything about the company. Definitely there would be differences in opinion, but i think that's a healthy part of working in a team.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
