Nothing much to say. They won't give salary on time. There's no proper KPI review format for appraisal. Based on GM and BM decision only. They won't calculate the person's achievements and work experiences. If you try job outside, GM and branch manager will approach the company where ever you applied and they will tell bad about you to spoil your carrier growth.

Salary issue is the major problem in this company. Even if you get a salary, there will be some deductions without proper explanation. Salary slip will generate only if you ask. It will take 1 or 2 months to reach in your hand. There's no professional ethics at all. Company is total waste. I had a very bad experience. They will always try to take money from employees. They won't pay travel allowances/Salary on time. Still the salary date is not confirmed. Every month you have to wait up to 15th of month or some times 20th of month. Very rarely salary will credit on time like 5th or 7th of month. For new joined they first 2 months, they will give only cheque. When the time a demonization they didn't give salary for 2 months.
