Nothing is good about vibes, there is no job security and people don’t survive here more than 3- 4 months

There is no job security and management is not at all good, they will hire you but once you join company there will always be a job insecurity

Gurgaon manager r unable to work as a manager. They don’t deserv to work as a manager, otherwise company owner is also think about to change his entire team... their reviews r not good

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
