Company has very good policies for employees, but employees cannot use them because of their superiors.

Everything except the policy. Politics. North Indians domination. No recognition. Excess work load. Forcing to work on holidays. Toxic environment. Putting falls acquisition on people, if they don't listen to their boss. Some times it feels like, people are working to satisfy my boss ego, instead of working for the company. HR will support your boss instead of taking action.
