They make you work like anything. Personally, I have felt they will make you work 12-14 hours a day. And when it comes to appreciation and growth they do not care. The upper management just wants you to meet the target and they do not care of your well being. Work policy: Kuch managers k chulll hai, kaam ghar se bhi ho sakta hai, we can enjoy the time with family and here we have to travel for 1.5 hours to reach office.

1. Team culture is better in the sense that if you ask any query they will sort it 2. Flexibility with work 3. Delayed but recognise your work 4. Project and work coming from other territory

Cons 1. Too much work during busy season 2. No proper resource planning 3. Favouritism plays part of the culture 4. Internal politics 5. No proper employee handbook, HR in place 6. New hires will get more salary than the existing employees 7. Some people might be interested in your personal life 8. Delayed bonus and no info on increment or promotion
