They make you work like anything. Personally, I have felt they will make you work 12-14 hours a day. And when it comes to appreciation and growth they do not care. The upper management just wants you to meet the target and they do not care of your well being. The work allocation is inappropriate, i have seen my peers relaxing withno work and some working like gadha. Some of them are forced to come to office, and some show their faces few times a year. The pay is shit, most of the people are searching for job, some have left....Read More
