VFS is one of the worst companies to work in operations. The company is primarily into BPO services and is operations driven, however it's the most neglected function in the organisation. It provides good pay and benefits to their employees working at their corporate office and management team. However, It has a poor work culture and pathetic management which encourages Favoritism and Politics. There is no respect for employees, rude, arrogant and abusive senior managers and bosses. Job satisfaction is low due low quality of work. It's a complete waste of time and energy working here as work experience acquired here has no value in the job market. There is limited opportunity for learning and developing skills. The operations staff are paid very low salary and no benefits. There is no job security as well. They give salary on time and you get a chance to work with foreign government officials. That's it.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Polluted with dirty politics. There is no transparency at all. If you raise the flag against anything wring then you would be the first person to be in trouble. Few at higher level always prefer to humiliate juniors. There are many more and this space wi be less to correctly describe.

It was wonderful earlier but in last few years there were lots of changes at higher level which had badly affected the juniors.
