Company culture is 3rd grade, managers are non cooperative. Colleagues are very bad, they always criticize you. School type culture. Even you work hard they always keep telling bad about you. Toxic levels are very high, groupism is there.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
