Company establishing good policies but not complying and applicable only hourly wage workers to get high output. During covid-19 no support from management and continuous duty and earlier benefits totally removed. Management harassed mentally in to the hourly wage workers. Here likes only close relation with management staff during working hours.

Appraisal process not fair, increments not allocated transparently, no recognition of hard workers, no respect of senior workers and demotions with out any reason, no career growth, heavy hard work, restless work, bad work environment, lack of experienced bosses, some genuine allowances not provided like risk allowance, night shift allowance etc.,

Not a good because there is no growth in my work. Starting to now same position there is no change of my Designation. In Vesuvius there is no value of honesty and genuine speak persons. They wanted polish workers.

Nothing to like about Vesuvius..it's MNC for namesake pure Indian culture. Until unless entire bengali management doesn't change the culture will stay like this. Managers ask people to work on weekends. 5 days work week is just title but they don't follow. Management takes say off but employees need to come and work and are not allowed to take comp off or off on sat.
