Good experience in this all around my job working time. This is fast growing company with thair own culture and also use modern technology in the working areas. Their are many benifits for workers. This is also MNC. Their backround and structure is very strong comparing other multilevel marketing company.

Dislikes

I like rules work but there are no rules for my job works and teamworkers because I phase challage and then I achieve my aim. And something new things learn about my job works this facts not following in my working company. There make rules for break rules through Management's I mean their are no indipency for excuse for employees.

Work Details

Stock Management's on their standard maintain warehouse system,stock balancing for our stock points and resolve third complain/query. Stn/Grn generate stock audit.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Good team work, motivation, learn how to grow in our life, health secure economically full support by the company, good salery, bonus and incentive, good support by management.

Dislikes

Leave not equal each other and as per performance all person equal not a performer growth.

Work Details

Stock management : technical standerd lefo, fefo, fifo, products stacking, picking, dispatch, receiving, stock audit, sip, create stn, grn purchase order invoicing, stock adjustment, stock balancing as per pick up point.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
