1)Having maximum number of tour in each month and tour is not equally divided on each person in team. One person has to do 95% tour alone only which is not correct. 2) Salary increment is very poor. 3) Saturday and Sunday also you have to work. In office location if you work on saturday or sunday so company will pay you extra amount but if you are on Tour and working on saturday and sunday then company will not pay you any extra amount which is not at all correct and maximum times i have to work on saturday and Sunday on Tour....Read More

The company is fraudulently run by Chhaya Bhanti, CEO and her boyfriend Swapan Mehra of IORA Ecological Solutions. There is a Executive named Alok Kumar, who is a qualified Wildlife conservation professional. He has severe misbehaviour issues with everyone in the company. I was employed here at a package that just after few days theCEO claimed she couldn't afford. Shortly thereafter I have been attacked on very personal issues like by Body language, ethnicity, personal life and social circles, my community and there were reasons Chhaya gave for suddenly terminating my employment. Later I discovered that this woman was suffering from various mental instability issues, as reported by my colleagues. Not satisfied. Daily work life balance 12-15 hours Including Saturday Sunday. Managers behaviour not Gd with colleagues. Work assignment not as per your skill set. They will hire you as per your skill set, but give you a work out of skill set. Struggle is on daily basis on skill set.
