-Field offs management is not a technical person and manipulative person . -Team lunch happens in cafeteria not in hotel as cost cutting - Performing rating but got 6%-7 rating. - No rotation force you to leave job - promotion only to non deserving because they are friend with top management so they will not give bad ratings. -Sr Managers/manager only bothered about rating and politics. - Management will decide your career management or technical? Not you - if company in profit they why all got less %.In name cost cutting Indian management ruining life of qualified peoples. -off shore vp is good he asked for clarity but sir our voice are suppressed because they not allowing our voice to reach you. - revenge was taken by them in increments, to shut people mouth. -Ruined culture of politics . As an organisation working for Verizon was a whale of a experience. - The pay scale is above the avg market standards and the hikes are good too and they reflect immediately the next month after the appraisal cycle - All the employees get shares which will be credited at the end of every year apart from variable pay. - Free snacks in evening. - Free Shuttle service throughout the day between Olympia tech park and RMZ (Chennai) - Free cabs after 8 PM. - Beautiful work environment the office does look WOW - You will have indoor games like carrom, basket ball, snooker, foose ball etc - You have a lot of teams and event for extra curricular ( dance, music, sports, books etc) - Planned leave + Sick + Casual itself is 39-40 days (other than this 10-12 govt holidays) IKR Best leave policy 😍...Read More

- The upper management is so Indianised that they don’t operate like a US based product company - Very corrupted and biased management - No work life balance, they burn you out - Casteism exists believe me - Hated the work culture there due to so much politics As a Org I always loved being there but the management and politics literally pushes you to move out… (personal experience from me and many I Know) There are few lucky ones who got great mentors. Managers are not so good, very few of them are actually knowledgeable on being a manager, most people are stuck in the tech lead position and take years or sweet talking to bosses to move up the ladder
