Good policies, trainings and learning opportunities, flexi work timing, moderate work life balance, cab facility for house drop post 9:30 pm and for ladies post 8 pm at regular interval.

Dislikes

Late night calls with onshore, onshore-offshore conflict on work and visibility, no travel, no perks, slow growth & promotions, wfh is not encouraged but up to managers. Working on weekend expected on need basis.

Dislikes

Mismanaged projects and complete lack of ethics. The management cares very little for the employees.

No job security and growth will be very slow , but they advertise as world best business leader and they keep their own employee unhappy. e.g: Its like operation success and patient dead.
