Worklife balance is very good but it depends on the manager that you are working under. I worked under two manager both were awsome

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
