Increment process, no bonus, very slow growth, management think old employees (more than 10 years) only working for company. They r not trust on new employee, they never notice ur hard work. Too strict HR policy, different different policy for new and old employees, Work from home policy only for employee acquisition. U have to workSaturday and holiday also.
