the work culture is bad, no intense response and no commitments to their words. you wont be appreciated for your. work environment, employees and work space bad, no proper learnings.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
