It's a good platform for beginners/fresher.They give chance to fresher because experience people never join Venky's just cause of there teribble management and abusive culture.

Dislikes

If I talk only about North India management.It's totally worst and bad 18 Months experience. Totally abusive culture exist there. Every time weekly meeting start from abuse and finished with harassment.And this happen in Delhi office(barakhamba).I'll not recommend to any one for join Venky's. this is the experience of all Venky's employees which worked there and working there as well.
