Supportive colleagues, some really amazing students, Cambridge curriculum, focus on extra curriculars

Dislikes

Principal's backward thinking, the behaviour and attitude of principal, vice principal, coordinators, management, receptionists towards the teachers- feels like the teachers are considered the lowest of all in the school and are talked to as labourers.

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
