Well defined working practice, no overload. Proper work management.

Not much perks like bonus, freebies ...etc, Devoid of benefits. No gym, no cafeteria, no free transport no team travel. Growth is slow.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
