Well the 1 who doesn't work should be more worried about job security, excellent culture no doubt at all, management people are very strong leaders who have proven their metal in the their past work experience, company follow open door policy,

Dislikes

Its a Early stage start up and you can't expect similar experience like established firms. Nobody is perfect we all lacks certain things so yes there is some process lapse which is quite manageable its not like very tough and daunting task for any organization to adapt it and Vendiman is known for adapting the things and do the needful.
